Salary
Your basic salary is indicated in your agreement and paid in the probationary period at the end of the working month. During the main period the salary is paid twice a month in equal shares. For the probationary period the first day of the paid time is considered to be the moment of delivering the second package.
Bonuses
Bonus part is calculated depending upon the amount of the processed tasks, quality and term of work’s fulfillment
Bonus part is paid at the end of each month along with the second payment of the basic salary.
Quarterly bonus is calculated according to the results of work for the quarter and paid after decision about such a bonus along with the current payment of the salary.
1. Great Receipt – 50 USD
Description: You should receive all packages from delivery services on the first delivery attempt during two weeks. Сounted every two weeks.
2. Quick Report – 10 USD for each package
Description: Includes a photo report and a written report. If you make a full report for each received package within 3 hours from the moment the package is delivered, you will get a “Quick Report” achievement. These bonuses will be doubled (20 USD) if “Quick Report” is performed for all packages during two weeks.
3. Fast Sending – 15 USD for each package
Description: If you send a package within 24 hours from the moment the prepaid label is uploaded, you will get a “Fast sending” achievement.
This bonus will be doubled (20 USD) if “Fast Sending” is performed for all packages during two weeks.
4. No Penalty – 50 USD
Description: If you do not receive any penalties during 2 weeks, you will get a “No Penalty” achievement. Counted every two weeks.
Penalties
The penalties are used for non-observance of the rules indicated in this guidance. The penalties are charged according to the results of the working month as from the bonus part as from the salary if there are no bonuses.
Penalties:
1. You did not receive the package in 3 delivery attempts. serious violation – 100 USD (applies to each package)
Description: For some deliveries the recipient’s signature is needed. If there is nobody at home, the package is tried to be delivered twice the following days.
Somebody should be at home to get the package in 3 attempts. May result in the deprivation of bonuses and a negative characteristic for the probation period.
2. You did not make a photo report or a written report for the package – 10 USD for each package
Description: You must upload a photo and make a written report for each package.
3. Shipping delay for 2 or more days from the date the label is uploaded. serious violations – 50 USD for each day
Description: You must ship packages within 24 hours from the date the shipping label is uploaded. You must not delay sending for 2 or more days for any reason. Holidays and weekends are not taken into accounts.
4. You are unavailable by phone or email for 2 or more days – 50 USD
Description: Employee should always be in touch with his supervisor and be available by phone and email every day. Holidays and weekends are not taken into account.
Reimbursement
In case of additional expenses for preparing material (sticky tape, packing box etc.) or if you go for a long distance to pick up some package, we cover expenses. You must keep and provide with such receipts for your supervisor. In case of unreasonably heavy expenses, you supervisor can inquire for the additional information to confirm those expenses.

You can choose the most convenient method of paying your salary in the Tasks System. By default, we pay you by check.
