In the tasks system the following menus are displayed: Instructions, Packages, Messages, Profile, Test, FAQ, Settings, Documents.
Instructions
In this menu you can find information on how to work with tasks. As well as information about bonuses and penalties.
Packages
All added tasks are displayed in this menu. They are displayed as a table with the data. Let’s get familiar with all columns of the table:
ID # – Task ID which you use for communication with your supervisor.
Name – description of the item
Weight – weight of the package
Track – tracking number, assigned with the postal service
Service – courier service name
Status – delivery status, received from the website of the postal service
Delivery date – estimated delivery date (check the courier website for exact details)
Recipient’s name – full name of the receiver in the postal service. It may be yours or the name of the company’s client. You are authorized to receive the packages for the names of clients.
Delivery status – delivery status of the package. In this column, you can see if you received a bonus for uploading photos and providing a report in a timely manner.
Shipment status – shipment status of the package. In this column, you can see if you received a bonus for the timely shipping of the package.
Label – after the shipping label is uploaded, you will get a link to download a PDF-file with the shipping label and also the information about the postal service and the tracking number.
Status – here you can see the status of the shipped package.
Comments, Receipts – here you can upload photos and fill out a report in the comments.
Messages
This menu is intended to communicate with your supervisor. Here you can post the messages on different things.
Profile
This menu provides information about your address, workplace, and payments.
Test
In this menu, the tests that you need to pass appear. If you see the only the result of the previous test, then no new tests have been added. Your supervisor will notify you of each new test.

In this menu you will find answers to the most common answers
Settings
Here you can change the password for your account, as well as the color of the Tasks System.
